Regula — A Rule of Life

North Star

How would you increase the number of saints in our world?

Your words stay with you

Everything you write in Regula is saved only on this device, in this browser. Instrui never sees it and never stores it: there's no account, and nothing you write is sent anywhere. GitHub Pages, which hosts this site, delivers the page like any website but never sees your words.

Think of it as a note on your phone. It's yours alone, and as private as your device: anyone who can open your unlocked phone or computer can read it. Clearing your browser's data erases it, so use Export in the Journal now and then to keep a copy.
